MAINTENANCE WORK

Maintenance works include positional adjustments of racks which may be necessary due to changes in a company’s spatial arrangements. They also include adjusting the levels of brackets and supplementary installation of safety nets and grates. In addition, they include stability checks of racks, their balancing and proper anchorage. The scope of maintenance works depens on the needs of the client, their time availability and spatial arrangements.

INSTALLATION OF RACK FRAME PROTECTION

We install rack protection that prevents forklift trucks and other handling equipment from causing damage to the frames. The combined protection consists of metal and aluminium, metal and wood, or a separate plastic protector for each inividual frame.

RACK REPAIRS

Rack repairs include replacements of both horizontal and diagonal braces and replacements of base plates. All of that while putting minimum constraints on the business operations.

REPLACEMENTS OF DAMAGED FRAMES AND BRACKETS

We replace the damaged frames and brackets during full production with minimal impact on the company’s operations.

Tradition since 2013.
The company was founded that year in Pardubice as a purely Czech firm and we’ve maintained our status to this day.

We mainly focus on targeting the German market, although we also provide our services in other countries, e.g. Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, England and the United States of America.

The work is executed by an experienced team of workers who have been provided with workplace safety standards training.

We have our own machinery park and other equipment necessary for installation of all kinds of rack systems.
